Focus ST Electronic Emission sensor fault

Im not sure whether this is the correct section for this, but here goes.

So I have a mk4 Focus ST, In the FordPass App it saying the ECS has detected electronic fault with one of the exhaust emission sensors (Engine light came on). 

I took it to the dealer and they showed no fault codes, but completed a firmware update. Which seemed to fix the issue and turn of the engine light, I drove off, and after 2-3 mins, it turned back on again and showed the same error with "Exhaust emission sensor."

I am brining the car back to dealer Tuesday, however I'm wondering if anyone has anything like this before or knows what I could be? At first I thought Lambda sensor but Ford said no errors at all.
