Kuga Phev recall issues after car is returned?

Hi there just had our Kuga phev returned from Epsom to Trustford Kingston

Drove off and battery died!

Was rescued by technician 

They now say that there is an issue with wiring after ordering and replacing the small battery,

i await diagnostics and will know more on Monday

 

Is there anyone out there that had their kuga returned with its sipposed fix but found that it wasnt ?
