Ford KA 2010 Fault Codes P1300 & P0615 + Snapped Wire ?

I bought this car second hand, and it was fine to begin with. 

I have received the fault codes P1300 and P0615. I have changed the spark plugs but this has not seemed to work.

Check engine warning keeps appearing on dash.

The backbox of the car makes a noise when driven, like a clanking noise - this is being replaced.

What should I replace? / Anyone had these problems before?
