Sudden loss of power

Featured Replies

Over the last couple of weeks have had several episodes of sudden loss of power when accelerating to overtake on high speed roads. Car dangerously slows to limp mode. Garage did diagnostics and told us we needed all 4 fuel injectors replacing at a cost of £1469.56. The car has only done just under 29K miles. Is this an issue with substandard fuel injectors installed at manufacture?   Very concerned, upset and disappointed with this expensive to repair dangerous engine fault in my C Max.

my sister is having same problem and she has been told its the turbo which is a crock i've asked on facebook groups as most have replied Boost Pressure Sensor is at fault as soon as car comes to any sort of incline the sensor is tripping and sending car into limp mode
