i own a kuga tx sport with a sync 2 but it has no sat nav

i have alter the code using forscan etc and have added and unlocked the nav files as all the numerous vids say so now in the top right corner it says insert sd card but when i do ....nothing(and yes the globe has gotten smaller too)

i'm at a loss as to what to do i have tried two sperate map cards but no difference

i'm sure theres a simple step i've not done but dont know what it is

my system information is as follows

vin  w******************

ccpu s/w version:3.08.15128.ea.10_product

sirius esp:no sat radio

gracenote database infomation:3088,library 5.6.2.9

i've read somewhere that maybe my software version should be ea5t_14f657_ae but am not sure

please can any one help

have tried to install ea5t_14f657_ad but it says either its the wrong software or there isn't enough space
