Schurend geluid tijdens het rijden

lk heb sinds 2 weken een 1.6 titanium automaat, bj.2013 met 45000 km, tijdens de proefrit is mij niets opgevallen aan bijgeluiden, maar toen we na de koop met de auto naar huis redenautomaat hoorden we een "schurend" geluid tijdens het rijden, ben er mee terug geweest naar garage, hun hoorden het ook tijdens een proefrit, en hebben contact gehad met Ford Nederland maar nog geen antwoord gekregen.

Mijn vraag is, heeft iemand ook deze ervaring gehad en wat is de oplossing?
