I have a 16 plate kuga titanium sport and I'm trying to update my maps on my sync.The roads around me has changed dramatically(Mersey gateway,new bridge)and the website says my software is up to date.Just wondering if anyone out there has had trouble getting updates or has any information on a update.Or just take it to a ford dealer.tia

    In that case the maps will be on the SD card in the arm rest. In order to get updated maps you'll need a new SD card with the latest version which at the moment is F9 I believe.

    You can get them from ford or from the likes of eBay etc. 

    From ford are quite expensive but I'm not sure how good/reliable the ones from eBay etc are.

    F9 is the 2021 update for SYNC 2. You can pick up the SD cards for less than £40 if you shop around.

    I have just bought a 65 plate Kuga with SYNC. Can I add navigation to it with an upgrade ?

    If it’s sync 2 then yes I’ve done it to mine
