Hi everyone i am geting a rs2000 engine it come from a j reg rs2000 and im puting it in my escort gti r reg i am geting the rs engine with gearbox ecu wiring looms power steering pump radiator inlet manifold and outlet manifold,

Will the rs 2000 engine fit straight in mine or wil the engine mounts be different? and would my exhaust fit on the rs2000 exhaust manifold? thanks for any reply's?

Not 100% sure but i think the mounts are the same, but you may have to use a different exhaust manifold

ok thanks do you know if the wiring loom is the same on the mk5 and six cuz think j reg rs2000 engine is a different mk than my r reg gti

im geting the wiring loom do u know if my exhaust will fit on the rs2000 exhaust manifold my car is a mk 6 and the rs2000 manifold is mk 5
