2012 ford kuga radio

Featured Replies

Hi, i have a 2012 ford Kuga titanium. When I press any of the phone buttons it mutes the radio, which I believe means the car doesn't have Bluetooth? Is there a way of adding a module to the radio we have to make the Bluetooth work or does it mean replacing the unit? if so does anyone know the best place to get one or is it a dealership job? many thanks in advance.

You can look for the Bluetooth unit on eBay or in a local scrapyard. However I think that will only give you bluetooth for the phone (which might be all you want) I don't think it will work for streaming music.

Forget about the Ford dealer unless you fancy spending £1000

Best option is a new Chinese "Android" unit for about £300 which does everything except make coffee (some of the new ones might make coffee, just not checked).
