Engine management light issue

Hi there, I'm new to the forum.

Was looking for some help is possible? 

2015 2.0tdci Kuga, not long had it. Kept going into limp mode and the garage has since replaced the turbo at their expense. Car was great for a few days, and now the engine management light comes on along with the service light.

Does the service light throw the management light on? And is it just a case of re setting it to switch both lights off??

 

I've never heard of the service due light putting a management light on before. But we're new to fords.

 

Any help would be appreciated.

There are no codes or stored codes when plugged in.

There should be a code stored. It'll probably be a Ford specific code so you'll need to check it with Forscan.
