Hi guys. Been playing around with forscan as i suspect egr valve is faulty. Does anyone know what the min/max parameters should be ?

first pic is car at idle second is at high throttle.

    Should of mentioned its a 2007 2.0 tdci mondeo

    Hi, 

     

    To my knowledge EGR fully closes when engine is under full load (in gear 100% accelerator). If you are idling or stationary just keeping the revs up, EGR will send exhaust back in the intake.
