Hello everyone, 

Just after a little help, I have a 2008 1.8tdci cmax and have a couple of issues. The car starts fine first time but if I turn it off soon after starting it then struggles to start (only being off for a few seconds) drives fine although when stopped at lights/junction it feels lumpy like it might cut out (never has done) also if I go out and get the car up to running temperature ie. Good half hour drive on open road. When I stop and turn it off for only a couple of minutes, on restarting it the temperature gauge drops instantly to cold as soon as the engine fires up. 

We are going away in the next couple of months and concerned it might let me down, any advice would be greatly appreciated.
