Two questions I’ve purchased a tunnel rat Wi-Fi ODB connector but I keep getting no adapter found I’ve set the app to Wi-Fi but still nothing.

 

also I’ve noticed that the cover is snapped does anyone know where I can purchase a replacement cover?

    Have you downloaded and installed the drivers if required ? Have you got the correct device Android/Apple IPhone ?

    What cover ?

    Make sure the App is not set to Demo mode. Did you successfully pair pair the Adaptor with your phone, try to pair it with another phone or laptop to rule out a problem with your phone.

    Yeah I’ve set everything to Wi-Fi in the app and tried my iPad and still nothing.

     

    they are sending another I was just checking to see if anyone had the same issue 

     

    it’s the piece of trim that covers the port on the drivers side.
