2022 Edge Spare Wheel

Greetings,

I just purchased a new 2022 Ford Edge with standard 245/60R18 wheels/tires. Unfortunately it appears Ford now only provide a tire repair kit and no longer provide a spare wheel or even a donut. I would prefer a full size spare but I read those do not fit in the Edge wheel well. I looked online and see many 18x4 donuts for sale but they mostly list compatibility with the Ford Edge 2015-2018. Will one of these fit my Edge and are there any other solutions.
