Featured Replies

Hello everyone I've had a focus cmax for 5 month and it's been nothing but a headache I've recently replaced the o rings on the heater matrix pipes and now the car wont start and a clicking noise from passenger footwell the noise goes on for a minute then dies down and stops any ideas if so please help

Check the GEM and it's plugs for dampness.

Do the other electrics work or is the whole car totally dead?

Hi it's a 2005 mk1. All of the lights and electrics on the dash come on however when I turn the key into the ignition then clicking starts it doesn't seem to be coming from the engine bay, but more so from the passenger footwell.

The passenger footwell is where the GEM is located.  That's what you need to be checking next.
