More ventilation, more air conditioning

Featured Replies

Hello

On my 2011 ford c-max for some time now my motor fan has not turned. The vehicle does not heat up at all.
When I turn on the air conditioning it does not start, I changed the fan, the condenser, the compressor, the gas is full but still nothing.
With Forscan I have two errors:
PCM: U0422:84-2f "nvalid data received from BCM/signal below lower acceptable limit"
And on hvac u0422:00-2f: "invalid data received from BCM".
I updated the BCM and still nothing. The only time the fan spins twice for 3 seconds is when I do a PCM test and then there is the error U0422:84-2F.
I checked the little purple wire from the fan and everything is ok.

I don't understand why when I remove the relay connect to the forscan fan it tells me "missing heated windshield relay"?! While I have followed the gray and red wire correctly and it goes from the fan to this relay? 🤨

Using a good multimeter measure the battery voltage across the terminals and report back with the reading.
