Help needed DC450

I thought let's try one more time to figure this out.

Sometimes when in the warm up phase of the powershift and just before coming to a stop the powershift is not shifting correct or it's not going in the disengage position.
it feels the same as a handshift transmission when your foot is slipping of the clutch pedal.

Otherwise the powershift shifts superb !!!

It never happens in the first kilometre.
Always happens after that and NEVER when the powershift has reached operating temperature.

Tried already (dealer):
New Clutch
Clutch system learn.

What else can be the problem ?
So never when cold or operating temperature.
But always between these two states

No...
New flywheel
New Complete Clutch
Powershift 3 times detached and attached

And still this (see photos)
I wonder how long it wil take when there is not enough oil in the powershift ?
Otherwise I can check it once a year.
Thought about a new powershift but what if it's still like this...

maybe just leave it like this

Yes I know..
It seems they cannot fix it.
If I go to another company the payments will start all over again...
