Hi just picked up a 2019 fiesta active x…..really happy with the car and the spec, my only issue is the start/stop is not working I’ve tried battery reset turning car on fog light 5 times and hazard lights 3 times….nothing happened!

Welcome to the club.... that sounds like a nightmare of a coding sequence 

Resetting the BMS is only a temporary fix for stop/start issues. There are several button/switch press combinations that will do it, just do a google search. If you have Forscan and a suitable lead you can reset it that way. However, the real fix is to change the State Of Charge target from the default 80% to 90 or 95%, again with Forscan. This allows the system to charge the battery more fully and magically, the electronics will all work, including the heated screen if you have one. If you don't have  Forscan and you fancy a short ride to Northamptonshire I can do it for you.
