2014 c max problem

Hello I've got a 2014 c max 1.6 diesel, recently had injector seals changed and now car seems to judder sometimes on acceleration but not in lower gears,car will start fine and can rev in natural with no problems only seems to do when in higher gears,I don't have any lights on dash but had it plugged in but no codes found,any help would be appreciated

    fuel filter, perhaps???

    How was the car running before the injector seals were done, make sure there is no fuel leaking from injector pipes and the electrical connectors are on fully.
