Engine compartment insulation

The engine compartment insulation (the plate that are placed between the front wheels under the engine) is hanging low. I cant park in the automatic parking houses because of the free clearing under the car. It is normal that it hangs so low. I wouldn't consider the ford c max as a low car. Picture of the insulation plate
