Ordered my kuga 14th July. 2021 still waiting have been told it’s at Valencia docks any idea how I can track its location I have vin and order number. 

Hello - I ordered a FHEV at the end of September 21 and the dealer is still unable to even provide a build date. Starting to get a bit worried - read on another site that any ‘fresh’ orders (not entirely sure what that means) are unlikely to be built until September this year, with delivery in 2023. Seriously hope that isn’t correct.

heard that most factory ordered fords have long delays and they have stopped taking orders for focus cars problems with sync 4 system.

Enquired again this week - no build date, update, nothing. Best they could tell me: “It will definitely get built…”. Well, that’s OK then 😂!

What about changing your order for a new Trabant, in stock ready for immediate delivery 🤣

At last booked in to take delivery of my kuga on the 26th of April (this year)could be the week of the 19th but that doesn’ t suit me. ONLY nine months wait.

Battery died after a week - myself and the dealer agree it was the under-bonnet fire that probably caused that, so nothing serious to worry about 😏

Ordered ours last November, finally arrived 2 weeks ago. But it’s on  hold now for an E call system fault so we can’t get it anyways🥲

I ordered mine 1st sept 2021 I picked it up 13 months later . They for got to fit the wireless charge pad that you know have to pay for and no tailgate foot control so they salesman refunded me £200 if I want it fitted now I have to buy a second hand body control module with the tailgate opening chip fitted and have it copied to the one on my car . But hopefully you will have it all fitted to yours . Good luck

Very, very sad 🙁 but I guess that's to be expected when you drive a 1994 Ford model "Scott" whatever one of them is.
