Tow bar electrics

I have a towbar and 13pin electrics fitted to to my edge . When I connect to my caravan the atc activates and all my lights work . But my fridge will not run on12v system  while the engine is running . Does anyone have any ideas that I can try to get this sorted . Many thanks 😊

    The fridge and ATC are 2 separate feeds from the socket with their own grounds. The ATC feed is a live fused battery feed, the fridge is a fuse feed from the battery that has a relay controlled by the ignition.

    Pins 9 (live) and 13 (ground) are the ATC feed.

    Pins 10 (switched live) and 11 (ground) are the fridge feed.

    I would check the fridge feed with a multimeter across 10 and 11. If you get nothing there, check for pushed back pins and the fuse (should be at the battery terminal). If they are OK, the ECU and relay are mounted behind the right hand side boot trim panel (as if looking from the back of the car into the boot).
