    ...the first number are the density when it's cold, and lower is better. The second number it's the density when its hot, and shuld be 30 as ford specs says.

    However, the SAE grade it's so unespecific for the XXI century engines, and you need to see the concrete specs: WSS-... of your car (look into your owner manual).
