Electric seat wiring diagram

Featured Replies

I'm new to the Ford forum.

I have just purchased a set of electric st seats for my Ford Connect project.

On inspection the wiring plug for the seats have been cut off.

I am trying to identify the wires on the harness in order to reconnect power to the seats but I'm unable to find the appropriate diagram information.

On another page which is an old post a link was posted but the link is no longer found.

I would be so grateful if anyone knows the wire colours and their purposes so I can successfully wire in my new seats.

Thanks

Chris

Hi Chris. I don't know if it's the same, but I have the wiring diagram for the mk3 focus. It shows just the live and earth going to the power seats. Live = orange & yellow. Earth = black and violet.

On my focus, the seats also have the air bags and the seatbelt tension device, so if the plug was cut off I'm pretty sure it would throw up some fault codes.

Hope this helps.
