Hi all just am introduction, Im not new to Fords as I have had two Focus cars before, came accross this site looking at issues with our Focus.

We have a 1.0 Ecotec in grey really pleased great drive, did have reservations about the 1.0 ltr engine but its great.  Not so happy with the main dealer had a few issues under warranty they've failed to fix. After the service I completed the customer service survey. Wasn't rude or anything fair about our expiernece of them failing to find the faults that were fairly obvious to us after 3 visits. Even recorded the one fault as it could be intermitent and they didn't want to see it just said monitir it and book it in when it happens again. 

Esaier said than done when its intermitent. I got a reply from the dealer, who agreed to fix the radio control fault. Then told me the knocking noise under breaking was probably the ABS even though were only breaking at 10 mph and not full emergency braking, no ABS light or anything through the pedal.  The problem with not going into reverse was down to  my driving lol. Also its normal on all cars. First time or me in twenty years driving!

I think he thinks I'm 8 lol

 

We'll see how we get on this car has only 20k miles
