2014 ford fiesta no fusebox in passenger glove

Hello guys, newbie here... i am from the philippines... and looking for the solution in my car. My ford fiesta does't start.. itried to check fuses that might have blown fuse but the only fuse box in this car is in the engine bay... i check it out and all are working... while i am searching i saw a  fuse box in my watching in youtube that there is another fusebox behind the passenger compartment... when i check out my car in passenger compartment there is none. question is there another location that the second fuse box located? thnks in advance.

its generally up and behind the glovebox or can be under the steering wheel, Google up your model and spec
