Mondeo keyless entry problem

Featured Replies

Hi all I’m hoping someone can help

i have a 2013 titanium x diesel auto

my issue is when I use the fob everything works as it should but if I try to use the keyless entry by opening the drivers door I open it all the doors unlock but the mirrors don’t come out and the alarm goes off the boot works fine keyless and if I try to open the passenger door first it doesn’t work period but as I said all works fine with the fob any help would be much appreciated

Disconnect the negative lead on the battery for 10 minutes.

If that doesn't reset the central locking then put the battery on overnight charge even if you think it is OK.

Lastly if both of them don't work then download FORScan and check for Ford specific DTC's
