stuck in gear

hi, 

looking for some advise or assistance

my manual B-max 1.4 randomly sticks in gears - normally once warmed up or if used when warm.

not only does it get stuck in gear, you cannot get it out of gear.

 you have to stall or turn vehicle off and re-start it

any idea?

    It's a clutch fault known as clutch drag. 

    Could be the clutch plates themselves (they expand and the springs weaken as they warm up) or could be the master cylinder.

    Yep, as above, but just make sure it's got oil in and it hasn't all leaked out
