Power hatch not functioning

The power hatch on my 2017 Ford Cmax is malfunctioning.  The lock will release, but the power open and close will not work.  I have to manually open and close the hatch with resistance from the power hatch itself.  Anyone else have this problem and found a solution?

    Have you checked the fuse ?

    It may have gone out of sync.

    Fully open the hatch then press and hold the lower button until it starts to move
