Seat tilt cable replacement on passenger side Ka 2004

Good evening, I’ve discovered that the cable operating the right tilt lever on passenger seat is very worn, with about two strands left and stretched so it will not function.

has anyone replaced theirs? Is it a straightforward swap over and how easy is it to remove the plastic trim for access? Any tips welcomed. Thanks 😊
