Had the above code flag up, duly replaced the hoses to the DPF which were perished. Cleared light and was good for a week, then it’s come back up again... I’ve ordered a DPF sensor, which I’ll fit but am I missing any other obscure thing that could be causing this? 

It does it when going up hill in a high gear. I’m hoping the DPF itself hasn’t blocked so I’ve bought some cleaner to chuck in once the pressure sensor has been changed.
