Bluetooth handsfree problem

Featured Replies

Hi. Do you work or do you know someone
who works at Ford such as a mechanic?

My handsfree on the car has totally run
out after the power was cut off,
and my local Ford dealer / workshop does
not seem to know what the problem is.

It is possible to call and talk and hear
what the other is saying but it says
(silent mode) in convers + and it
disconnects calls from the handsfree after a
while but the call continues in the mobile
phone, you can hang up via the mobile
phone (the buttons on the stereo do not work.
The only way to break the call from
the stereo is to press the on-off button,
the call is connected to the stereo
even though you hung up via the mobile phone)
and make a call and then it usually
 works without problems.
Streaming music works flawlessly.

Can you check / hear for if there is
any update of the stereo / handsfree to do?
The car is a Mondeo 1.6tdci mk4.5 2012.
Would appreciate this EXTREMELY MUCH.
Ive tried to update the BTmodule but it seems
that my unit cant be updated.
