unofix Posted July 1, 2022 Share Posted July 1, 2022 Time for some logical fault finding. You need a laptop and download the software FORScan (its free) also you need a good connection lead. Then you will be able to read any stored DTC's. Is the engine petrol or diesel ? Gearbox auto or manual ? Trans 2WD or AWD ? Edge of Reason Posted July 16, 2022 Share Posted July 16, 2022 Sounds like some kind of sensor fault. If it was a faulty part, then it would be unlikely to start again. Sensors however can cause a shut down then clear themselves. That being said I’ve no idea what sensor it could be. Glad to be of help 😂.
