hello all.i have a 2017 mondeo,titanium,2 ltr diesel 89,000 miles on clock,only have it 3 weeks,just wondering is it normal when starting after overnight/cold engine is it normal to hear real loud knocking noise,but not so when engine warms up,drives fine all day,thanks

hi,was fully serviced by ford main dealer 3 weeks ago,i checked oil,its clean,maybe its just the way diesels are?but sounds like the tappets are loose or something,but it seems ok when warmed up
