Car alarm arms itself

So I've had this on going problem with my car I can't use the key fob to open and close my car so I've had to just open it by putting the key in the door and opening it now randomly the car will arm the anti theft system and the alarm will go off I can turn it off with the fob as it doesn't work this is an on going problem and I'm not sure what to do

    The door lock can arm the alarm, but it can't disarm it. That is true of all models with this type of alarm. It expects to be operated by the remote.

    You can disarm the alarm if after you open the door you put the key in the ignition and turn it on. You have to be fast it only gives you 5 seconds.
