Hi all,

Just bought a 2009 Mondeo titanium and a new tow bar is being fitted and would like to fit a retro rear parking sensors afterwards. The question I have is it possible to fit an on/off switch for when I'm reversing my caravan ?

    The same circuit that should automatically turn off the cars rear fog light when towing can be used to control a relay that will disable the rear parking sensors while the plug for the caravan is connected to the car.

    Any decent auto-electrician should be able to sort that little problem out for not too much money.
