cmax 2018 automatic: rattling noise when releasing gas pedal

Featured Replies

hello

i am hearing rattling noise from the engines right side. it can only be heard when i release the gas pedal and the engine starts to slow down (usually from 60-30km/h). if i press the gas pedal again the noise instantly disappears.

however If i am stopping the car with a brake the noise doesnt appear at all.

you can hear it here https://voca.ro/1nbzCRxZa8ft   the sound resembles to a chain or some metal bouncing from a wall/in a tube.

I had to record it with an open window so its not the best sound. it also echoes from the houses i was passing by.

maybe something is not tightened and its making similar sound as in the video at 3:40?

or damaged valve lifter like at 6:40? however the car in video has this noise all the time, mine doesnt

anyone has any ideas? i took it once to check it out but they didnt know what it was.

thanks
