Kuga Engine Malfunction

Featured Replies

I have a 2010 Ford Kuga Titanium and six weeks ago the Engine Malfunction warning came on it has been in my local garage then Auto Electricians neither could find the fault, I then put it into a Ford Dealership who did a Diagnostic Test £164  and still didn't find the fault. They now tell me it will cost £328 to run a four hour test on it and it may or may not find the fault. It will then cost further parts and labour if they do find the fault.  It will not start anybody got any ideas please.

I'm quite familiar with the 2010 Kuga Titanium X AWD model, as I have owned one since new, my daughter has it now.

Other than the engine malfunction light is on, did it cut out while driving or was it one day it just wouldn't start ?

Which engine and gearbox do you have ? Is it 2WD or AWD ?
