On Ford 2015 Edge, Titanium speedometer, how do I get lighted area to change from Mph to KMph?

My speedometer on the Ford edge, Titanium model has the Mph lighted up on the speedometer.  When I am in Canada I cannot find out how to get the inner circle (KMph) of the speedometer to be  lighted up for easier reading (as Mph is in the USA).  Can anyone out there help me determine how to do this?

    Other than the top of the range model, the instruments on the North American Edge are not the same as those here in Europe.
