Map update via USB

Hi All, yesterday, I carried out a map update downloaded from the Ford Sync site, as per instruction, in car, it has went through the various stages and "key cycle", at the end there is apparently a log that requires to be sent back to Ford on the same site a page, I have tried a few times to carry out this part of it, but the site browser appears to open the USB, but, isn't picking up the "log" from the USB, I can see the log on the USB, but its not getting picked up.

is there another way of getting log sent or some other way of putting the log somewhere in a file the Ford browser will find the log?

    It's not an automated process. Copy just the log file on to your laptop from the USB. Then go to the Ford site and get to the part it asks you to upload the log file. Then upload direct from the laptop.
