Hello all, I'm sorry if this has been asked before, I have tried searching and can't find anything.

I am a newbie to owning a ford and to this forum and thak you in advance for any help and advice you are able to give.

I have just brought a used 68 plate Vignale, my understanding is that it doesn't have the ford connect modem which is fine because I don't need to open my doors or start the car via the app, but the fordpass app doesn't seem to have any other functionality, the home screen and vehicle screen are just blank. Do you have to have the modem for the app to show anything?

Simple answer, Yes

You can probably see service history if it's been recorded online.

Thank you for the replies, I thought as much. I'd hoped that at the very least I could get basic information in the same way as I could in my old car.
