Hi, does anyone know where a drain valve might be on this car that would stop the drivers side footwell getting soaking wet in heavy rain (even when not driven).  Or what else may be causing it?  Many thanks 

I had the same problem when I had a '98 V6 Mondeo, unfortunately I never did discover where the water got in, but my suspicion was through the door, as at the bottom, where the interior door trim was fitted to the door, it would also be wet.  It only happened a couple of times whilst I owned the car, and only when parked.  No help from me I'm afraid.

(On a Capri with a sunroof, it would be the drain pipe from the sunroof aperture being fitted incorrectly where it went into the sill box section.)
