I’m sorry to dive in like this - my names lee I an around Brighton Sussex, I brought the wife a 2021 fiesta vignale mild hybrid last year and it’s been great, never missed a beat , but today she went out to it and couldn’t open the doors so I changed the battery in the key fob still nothing, no electric anything, would not unlock ( so manually unlocked it ) no dash lights nothing at all - put a jumper pack on it - nothing - had to press the force start button on the pack then after three seconds - click everything on - took it for a lengthy drive with no probs at all no battery light, no warnings nothing - got her home switched her off bang totally dead instantly - apart from a thumping noise through the speakers for a few seconds while I was trying to get her started again - now completely dead again - any ideas guys please

Faulty battery I reckon.

It's under warranty though so get it in to a Ford dealership.

If you've had it serviced by Ford, you may be able to use the Ford Assist home start/recovery.

I think it's an internal fault, cell connection or something.  Not just the standard flat battery.

Should be replaced under warranty if that's the case.
