Hi 

I have a 2010 Ford Ka

it has a problem with the heater, it blows cold until you put the fan on full and you hear a pop and it then blows red hot all the time untilmits turned down when it blows cold again.

the temperature control doesn't work at all at the moment

this is the titanium model without the manual dials and had the LED controls

hope you can help
