Issues with Sync 3 Update

Hello everyone,

Just got my PHEV KUGA yesterday ! 

I'm having troubles with sync update...after installing the software update correctly i  have to upload the installation log .xml file on the ford website,but it just won't work,i always get an error in uploading 😕 so i'm stuck and not able to download the new maps...anyone is having the same issues ? maybe ford servers are down or something ?

    Hang on, you literally just got a brand new car, and you are f*rting around with software updates?? I'd be taking it back to the dealer and request they do whatever you think needs done...

    I think the problem is the car is still in the future !!

    As Stephen has said you need your software updating not the cars. When you take delivery of a brand new vehicle you make sure the dealer gets everything sorted during the PDI, not when you get it home.
