Ford Kuga vibration when starting car

Hi There,

I need some advice I have a 2016 Ford Kuga 1.5 Eco, the kuga started to have a vibration when we start the car.

We have the car looked at and the service shop first replace the plugs , but this did not help .

I have now noticed that the car losing water as well , and i tool it to be looked at again.

The just told me that its most probably the cylinder sleeve that damaged but they will need to strip engine first and  in most cases with a ford kuge its willl be a engine replacement 😐

I want to know if anyone knows someone reliable on Pretoria South Africa ?
