Glow Light On And No Turbo

Featured Replies

Hi there everyone. Started my car the other day and the glow light started flashing on the dashboard, hardly any power and the turbo wasn't kicking in. Decided to take it straight to a garage to hook it up on the diagnostics machine. Came up with number 4 injector above threshold or something like that. Does this mean i will definitely need to change the injector and will the car be stuck in limp mode until i do.

Many thanks lee

it would be above knock threshold, you can try recoding the offending injector with the 16 digit code from the body of the injector, this sometimes cures the fault as mondy injectors can lose there code after a certain milage.if this does not cure the fault you may have to replace the injector.
