Mondeo Ghia X Tdci 130

Featured Replies

Hi ive been offered a mondeo ghia x tdci 130bhp on a 04 plate with 120,000 miles on the clock for £2200 but the more i read up on this car the more i find poeple are not happy with them.most are saying that the engines are pants, just wondering if anyone can say anything good on these cars or are they as bad as ive read?. thanks mick

when there are running right they are good engines, but when they go wrong they can be expensive to fix, a lot of the problems are a case of when it will happen, not if.things to look out for are

d.m.f

aux belt tensioner

injectors

egr valve

rear subframe bushes

these are the common problems which all owners seem to suffer at some time of ownership,
