mondeo v tdci dpf v beat, no trip computer

hello all, just had fith injector fitted to dpf by garage to my mk 4 mondeo (2013) 2.0 tdci. they said it would regen itself ?  runs fine with no emf on but theres a soft thumping/beating noise, also loses trip computer readings to blank ? any help appreciated ? I get the feeling this happens often. should it have been regened on scanner or reset somehow, or will this go away..

That's good. So now all you need to do is get FORScan and read the DTC's and you will know what the problem is 👍
