hi can anyone help me my sat nav / radio Lcd screen went white then over time went off. iv got a replacement lcd screen from germany the company claim its for my model but when iv put in my self it hasnt worked. does it need to be reprogrammed to my car? can i do it or does it need to be a new unit at ford which they are qoting £1036 for? any help id be really thankful my cars a 2013 ford kuga mk2 with sync 1 its got reverse camera and sat nav. thankyou
